The living room, den, & both bedrooms are equipped with a large smart tv and roku. The over sized bay windows offer water views. There is a walk in closet, primary bath with separate shower, soaker tub, and private access to the lanai. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and en suite access to the second bath. The den has been converted to a 3rd bedroom and has a 2 twin xl beds, and large desk for working from home. Resort amenities amenities include a resort style, heated swimming pool with rock waterfalls & hot tub. Bbq area is equipped with gas grills & tables, gym & fitness center, business center, tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, corn hole, and beautiful walking paths. The breathtaking mustang & flamingo golf courses are a short walk from the condo, and also offer a driving range, chipping, and putting practice, and the famous sam snead's oak grill & tavern.
