This is a VACATION RENTAL only. Owner will not consider an annual rental. Weekly rentals permitted. Villa Mahana is an updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home that sits on a Gulf Access canal and sleeps 6 plus two additional with a sleeper sofa. Conveniently located in the popular SE area of Cape Coral, you are moments away from "Downtown" Cape Coral with many restaurants, bars, and shops.
Living Room:Enjoy your favorite movies on the flat screen TV and oversized, plush sectional sofa in the living room. Catch up on your reading in the family room, located next to the sliders that lead to the lanai. Unfold the sleeper sofa here to accommodate 2 additional guests.
Kitchen/Dining Room:Villa Mahana's updated kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Equipped with all the cooking basics you could need, you are ready to create your favorite dishes for your friends and family. The attached dining room seats six; there is also additional room at the kitchen counter for those quick snacks in between meals.
Master Bedroom/Bathroom:The master bedroom suite features a Queen sized bed, a flat screen TV (not featured in photos, but owner has since added it), and has plenty of storage space in the available dressers. The attached bathroom offers a walk in shower stall and a granite countertop vanity.
Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms:Both guest bedrooms feature Queen sized beds as well; One also features private sliders to the lanai. The two guest rooms share the guest bathroom, which doubles as the pool bath. It features a shower/tub combination and granite countertops.
Pool/Lanai/Dock:You will no doubt spend most of your time by the pool! Villa Mahana's large lanai features a saltwater electric heated pool with Northern exposure. Cook your meals on the grill at the outdoor kitchen and eat them at the dining table by the pool with room for four. Work on your Florida tan on the loungers available, or try your luck at a game of corn hole! Follow the stone pathway to the boat dock by the canal and lounge on a hammock while you watch the boats and sea life that make Cape Coral such a special place.
