The house is fully equipped and furnished, featuring a 2 zone a/c system, a hot tub, wifi internet, a captain's walk/boat dock, a boat lift, a bbq grill, and a 2 car garage. Nespresso coffee maker: bring your favorite pods or capsules. Large dining table and many lounges. Amenities: boating, fishing, golfing, tennis, biking, shopping, swimming, walking on the beach, enjoying sunsets, and just relaxing. Regarding fine dining, we have over 1,500 restaurants in the area.
