To the right, you will find the dining room table which can accommodate up to six comfortably. The living room has two large leather couches, a 55 Smart TV, and access to the balcony. The balcony has seating for two and is the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee. Next to the living room, you will find the master bedroom. This room boasts a king size bed and plenty of dresser and closet space for your personal belongings. Attached is the master bathroom, which has a gorgeous dual vanity and a large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a 32 Smart TV. Adjacent, you will find the main bathroom which has a lovely vanity and a shower/tub combo. Esplanade is a high end Lifestyle Community among the preserved natural Florida habitat. This Lifestyle Community offers so many amenities you won't need to go anywhere else to have fun. Included are 2 resort style pools one, with its own Tiki bar, called the Bahama Bar offering a full service bar and restaurant.
