HOWARD'S CREEK ALERT: You've got to see this cool fishing camp sitting on almost a one acre lot in the center of the community of Howard Creek. This can be a fantastic family compound, a fishing getaway for families or friends, numerous living areas The main cottage has been extended over the years and features 2 bedrooms plus a bunk room, 2 full baths, 2 living areas and even two kitchens. There is an oversized 40x40 garage (did we say barndominium!) with 2 large overhead doors on front and another on the side. Tons of space and there are two bedrooms and 2 full baths above the garage as well. It's great for a large family or friends vacationing together. There is also so much to do outdoors and there is a big fire pit and sitting area in the backyard. There is a building that once housed a smokehouse and summer kitchen but it needs updating. The entire parcel is fenced and gated at the end of the road and very private. Howard Creek is nestled along the Brothers River. This leads into the Apalachicola River or take the intercoastal waterway out into the Gulf of Mexico. Some of the best fishing anywhere! This community is golf cart friendly and golf carts are in fact the preferred method of transportation. There is a country store, church, and an incredible county park with paved boat ramp. It does need some work and sprucing up but the possibilities are endless!
