Today my busiest day ever in Real Estate!

This morning started with a showing of four houses, and a toss up of two offers from this couple. We landed on one, but the backup house will probably get their business.
Then I was called from an investor represented realtor who presented an offer to purchase on 20 rental homes I had in an investor portfolio. Offer made, conveyed and to be decided upon by my seller.
While I was in the office another buyer of mine arrived presented me an offer, then asked me to submit for a second property with the intention to purchase both. Finally capped off the day with two short sales in the loop with Countrywide and a good rental call. Time to watch American Idol and clean up the details tomorrow.
Who says the real estate market is slow?
