Spring Hill Florida, the heart of Hernando County has been one of the hardest hit areas for the national housing slump. But over the past two weeks we have noticed that sales have picked up dramatically on straight home sales competing with bank owned foreclosures and short sales. How long will this last before the next wave of foreclosures hits is anyone's guess.
