Who says real estate isn’t moving? There are a lot of buyers out there looking to find that perfect home at a rock bottom price. Here in Spring Hill, Florida; which is in Hernando County (that’s north of Tampa) there are a lot of lender owned homes and a big demand for them. The MLS is filled with homes owned by lenders.
