The median price of homes in Spring Hill, Fl. (Hernando County which is about 45 miles north of Tampa) has dropped but there are lots of sales. First time home buyers are in the market buying for their own home and sometimes for investment. Their purchases are being made at the lower side of the market. Most of those sales are either foreclosures or bank owned property. With prices so low; it makes this is a perfect time for move up buyers to purchase a larger home in a nicer neighborhood.
