Okay Northerners now it is time to move south - the Sunshine State. I was a Long Island, NY resident and moved to Hernando County which encompasses Spring Hill, Weeki Wachee, and Brooksville, and I am thrilled that I am here. Although it was a bit cold yesterday - I had to put a jacket on because it only went to 65 degrees with plenty of sun.
I had a suntanning place in Long Island because did you know "sun" makes people happy? It is a true fact that if there is no sun, some people get depressed. So I am always happy now because the sun is always shining. My office (Tropic Shores Realty) had a holiday party last night and I didn't have to even think about weather. The thought never crossed my mind. It was a great party by the way,
What are you waiting for? You can probably afford a second home here with the prices and interest rates. And if you have never owned a home, or have owned your house for at least five years, there is still time for those great tax credits which I doubt we will see again any time soon!
