Well as we all know there are banks closing down their wholesale market on a daily basis but today i'm reporting the opposite. We have a new wholesale mortgage lender Virgin Money, so don't be suprised to see that little red Virgin logo on your mortgage documents down the road! They are stepping it up and doing conventional and FHA loans in 35 states. Lets hope they're here to stay.

FHA 30 yr Fixed Rate: 6.00%
100% (USDA) 30 yr Fixed Rate: 5.500%
