According to our Realtor magazine the existing homes sales grew 3.6 percent in June. This is the third consecutive month. The NAR magazine further suggests this upturn could possibly be sustained in the several months ahead. So-sellers-NAR is also optimistic that sellers will start entering the market again. This upward swing is supposed to continue until 2010.
